Rita’s Pilates sessions are designed and tailored to each individual’s physical health and age. Her focus on bio-mechanics goes hand in hand with the Pilates principles of alignment, muscle engagement, breath, and mindfulness. Each session is about relieving your body and mind of pain and stress, as well as strengthening and toning it to look its best.
